Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 May 2026
These terms cover your use of the Learn2DJ website, the Learn2DJ app, and any purchase you make from us. By using the site, joining the waitlist, or buying a licence, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.
Who we are
"Learn2DJ", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the team behind the Learn2DJ app — an interactive DJ course with a built-in two-deck simulator. You can reach us at [email protected].
What you're buying
A £49 one-off purchase unlocks the full Learn2DJ course on your account: all current modules, lessons, bundled tracks, AutoPilot, real-time scoring, and the certificate of completion. Future genre packs and expansion content may be offered separately and are not included in the lifetime licence unless we say otherwise.
Until you purchase, you can use the free tier — currently the Fundamentals module and the intro lessons of The Crossfader. We may adjust what's on the free tier from time to time.
What "lifetime" means
"Lifetime" means access to Learn2DJ for as long as we actively develop, host, and offer it — not your own lifetime, and not forever in any absolute sense. We hope to run Learn2DJ for many years, but if we ever wind the product down, that ends the licence. We'll give reasonable notice if it comes to that.
Your licence is personal and non-transferable. You can sign in on your own devices, but please don't share your account.
Refunds
If the product fails to work as described and we can't fix it for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with a short description of the problem.
Outside the 14-day window, or where the product is working as described, refunds are at our discretion. We'll consider each request on its own facts and try to be fair. Any decision we make is final.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party store are also subject to that store's own refund policy, which may differ from ours.
Music and content
Learn2DJ ships with a curated library of tracks that we're licensed to use inside the app for teaching purposes. You may use those tracks to practise and mix within the app. You may not extract, redistribute, re-upload, or use the tracks outside of Learn2DJ. Lessons, scoring, AutoPilot content, artwork, and copy on the site belong to us.
Acceptable use
Use Learn2DJ for what it's for: learning to DJ. Please don't try to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service, and please don't use it to harass anyone or do anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
The waitlist
When you submit your email to the waitlist, you're asking us to contact you about Learn2DJ — beta access, launch news, founder pricing. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
As-is, and our liability
The site and app are provided as-is. We work hard to keep things working, but we can't promise the service will be available without interruption, free of bugs, or perfectly accurate at all times. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything related to Learn2DJ is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law (for example, under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top and, where it makes sense, let waitlist or account-holders know by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any rights you have under your local consumer law.
